Centrelink/ DVA important documents

Centrelink and the Department of Veteran Affairs require Nominee forms, legal and ID documents to be lodged with them, in order to allow a third-party to enquire, or a Correspondence Nominee to act on your behalf.

Watch our short 2 minute video which explains how alternative ID can be obtained when you no longer hold a drivers licence or passport.

If you authorise access, your Nominee can receive copies of communications to help keep your records up to date to avoid inaccurate financial assessments, especially relevant when determining aged care fees. Your Nominee can help manage this for you.
